Breaking down the microbiology world one bite at a time

I am a doctoral researcher in the Universität Bern. Following my Masters in computational biology in India, I worked for five years in the Metagenomics group of TCS Research. I started a second innings in biological sciences by delving into microbiology and immunology in my Doctorate. I aim to combine my interdisciplinary knowledge to contribute better to the field of gut microbiology and communicate microbe iteracy through MicroBites. My life usually revolves around keeping myself fit and sane, while doing my PhD. Apart from this, I like writing short reviews on Instagram about movies and series that portray women as lead protagonists in a meaningful role.
