Breaking down the microbiology world one bite at a time
Anisha Shastri
Writer

I am an Integrated Masters student from India, currently studying Biotechnology at the University of Pune. My primary research interests are microbiology, genetics, systems biology, and astrobiology. I am fascinated by life in the extremes and how organisms continue to thrive in the most hostile environments.
I believe that science is more fun rather than stressful when explained understandably. So, I try to make science easier for the readers through my writing. In my free time, you can find me jamming on my guitar or watching movies.
