I am a 5th-year PhD candidate at Indiana University School of Medicine studying enteric virus interactions with bacteria. I focus on how the direct binding interactions between viruses and bacteria influence viral stability in the body and the environment. I am passionate about science communication and education, and I hope to use my skills to translate complex science concepts to diverse audiences! Outside of science, I love long distance running, gardening, and playing the violin.
