Breaking down the microbiology world one bite at a time

Sara Dua

Writer

I am a 3rd year doctorate student at Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. My research focuses on the complexation studies of different biopolymers, nanoclays, and biomolecules for the development of effective biocompatible composites. The developed composites, with or without drugs, are further evaluated for their role as anti-microbial, anti-cancer, and drug carrier molecules. Apart from my love for research and experimentation, I also enjoy reading and writing about science. As a MicroBites writer, I am ecstatic to share the latest happenings in the field of science with everyone in a simplified way and watch them fall in love with science, too.
